Prayers for your man is so important, ladies!
We need to get on our knees daily and help him by asking God to direct him.

If we allow the Holy Spirit to work in our husbands, and stop trying to direct him ourselves, God will move mountains.
A wonderful book is The Power of the Praying Wife written by Stormie Omartian. I was very much blessed by this book, and know the power of prayer is real.
Simple Prayer For My Spouse
Heavenly Father, thank you for my husband. You have blessed me with a man that has many wonderful qualities. Help me to focus on his good qualities, and to respect him for who you have created him to be.
Lord, keep watch over his soul. Clothe him with the whole armor of God, the sword of your Spirit, that he may stand against the wiles of the devil.
Lord, you know how our tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. Help my husband to control his tongue, and to have a soft answer ready at all times that will turn away wrath.
Help him to remember that a wholesome tongue is a tree of life and that we get to choose life or death. Help him to speak kindly and firmly to our children, and help him to make decisions with good judgment.
Lord, you know the heart of my husband. Mold it in your hands as you see fit, and draw him every day closer to you. Let the meditation of his heart be acceptable in your sight, and let not evil reign over his thoughts.
Father, give him an understanding of your Word, and a deep longing for a closer relationship with you every day. May his soul thirst after you, O God, like a hart pants after the water brooks.
You have not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, of love and of a sound mind. Father, I pray you will restore his mind to your honour and glory.
Let him be made perfect in Love, for your Word tells us that perfect Love casts out all fear. Let the only fear that rules him be the fear of the Lord, and let him not be ashamed of your testimony in his life.
Jesus, I thank you that you love us enough to chastise us, and guide us. Direct my husband’s steps so that he will walk on the path that you have chosen for him, according to your will.
Please help my husband to hear your voice, and to be open to your leading. Bless our marriage with good communication and a deep agape love for each other. Help us both to be less self-centered, and make our lives so that they are completely Christ-centered. Thank you for your presence in our life.
In Jesus name, Amen.
